Your specific requirements are not a limitation for us. We manufacture special gratings in non-standard shapes and dimensions. Gratings with bevels or cut-outs for pipes and other installations can also be produced according to your needs. We are happy to accommodate individual project requirements.
Aluminium gratings
Looking for an optimal material for balustrades, balcony infill panels, suspended ceilings or façade systems? Aluminium gratings are an excellent choice. Compared to steel gratings, their main advantage is their low weight.
Aluminium gratings are manufactured exclusively to order from EN AW 5754 aluminium alloy, press-locked with load-bearing bars from 25 × 2 mm to 40 × 3 mm and cross bars 10 × 2 mm. The standard mesh size is 33 × 33 mm, but custom mesh sizes can also be produced on request. Gratings are supplied pickled or with chromate conversion coating and powder coating.
Corten gratings
Gratings made from Corten steel represent an attractive design element while also offering a favourable cost. The material does not require additional surface treatment. When used outdoors, it naturally develops a protective oxidised patina that prevents deeper corrosion.
Corten gratings are manufactured exclusively to order in a press-locked design with load-bearing bars 25 × 2 mm to 40 × 3 mm and cross bars 10 × 2 mm, with various mesh size options available.
Composite gratings
Floor gratings made from composite materials combine low weight, high strength and flexibility. Their advantages include minimal maintenance requirements, long service life and exceptional corrosion resistance. They are suitable for walkways, platforms, ramps and staircases as well as for applications in the chemical, food-processing and energy industries or in agriculture.
